DHA Phase 2 Islamabad Sector A

DHA Phase 2 Islamabad Sector A

Sector A sits at the front of DHA Phase 2, right off Gate 1 and Gate 2 on GT Road. It was one of the first two sectors — along with Sector B — handed over to residents in the early 2000s.

The Phase 2 Sub Office is here. It handles local admin, transfers, and project management for the entire phase. That puts an extra layer of security and day-to-day convenience right at your doorstep.

Most houses are 10 Marla and 1 Kanal. The Lignum Tower apartments also sit in this sector, so there's a mix of regular houses and high-rise living. Streets are wide, trees are mature, and the neighborhood markets, parks, and mosques have been running for years.

The Islamabad Expressway is a short drive from the main gate. Both military and civilian families live here. It's fully built, fully occupied, and one of the most settled parts of Phase 2.
