I placed my order before Iftar to avoid delays, yet my order was excessively late. On top of that, the drinks were not filled properly, the fries in my Duo Box were substandard, and the food was not fresh—it wasn’t even hot. This is completely unacceptable.The situation at the outlet was chaotic. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative. The place was overcrowded, and no one bothered to listen to customers. Shockingly, there was no manager present on the floor to handle the situation. When I raised my concerns about the quality and quantity of my food, I was bluntly told, “If you want to complain, just complain. I ordered my food and it was delayed by 30 minutes. For another 10–15 minutes, I kept calling the staff but nobody responded. After a while, one guy finally listened to me, and in front of the entire crowd he misbehaved with me. When I responded, he told me not to create a scene.As for the food, it had been ready and placed in the kitchen for a while, but the staff didn’t bother to bring it out. Instead, they misbehaved with me and told me not to create a scene. KFC Giga has disappointed yet again. The tiny boneless strips, barely two inches, were floating in a box for Rs440. I asked the teller for an ice cream cone priced at Rs140, but when I requested it in a cup, he billed me without mentioning that the price had doubled. The paper cup was only half filled with ice cream, topped with a thin drizzle of chocolate sauce. I asked Sana to fill it like a McDonald’s sundae. It was her first day at KFC, but she provided excellent service. Service is slow i ordered wow deal it took 30 minutes and was only given one ketchup because per deal 1 ketchup allowed and at first no one was available to take order

Poor customer service, very slow laid back staff who were messing about with each other whilst we waited 25 mins for the order. No description on deals menu so when you order you don’t know what you’re getting. chicken was hard and poorly cooked and fries were bare minimum, never again

Yesterday I visited kfc giga mall at 9.40 pm with my guests. they said we didn't take any orders. It was very disappointing. Kfc should take actions on them

It is a spacious branch. But still sometimes you won't be able to find a seat due to its demand. Nevertheless you can enjoy kfc in central park.Food quality is good. Staff is cooperative and sevice is great.
