⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Very disappointing experience. The 3D screen was extremely blurry and the brightness was so low that it felt like watching a movie on decades-old equipment. It completely ruined the viewing experience, especially for a movie that deserves high-quality visuals.The food was another letdown. I paid PKR 2,800 for nachos, and instead of serving salsa as expected, they gave me ketchup. That’s simply unacceptable for the price.Overall, the cinema feels outdated and poorly maintained. I expected much better for what I paid. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Went there to watch Spiderman today and it was a mixed experience. In this technologically advanced era they are still stuck in paper money era have no card machines etc. They made me go stand in the line then went to ATM machine and come back and again stand in the huge line. The people were mpre interested in show off then the actual movie laughing and giggling in serious scenes and an awkward scene. I am literally shocked how people behaved there. The screen quality was not that good either.

We went to watch Odyssey movie at Giga mall cinema last night. We were four people and all of us are extremely disappointed with your cinema. The food was unreasonably overpriced, and the portions were shockingly small. To make matters worse, the nachos and popcorn were stale, making them completely unacceptable considering the high prices. The staff at food court were rude and unhelpful, and the overall customer service was very poor. The picture quality was also extremely bad, which completely ruined the movie experience. Considering the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard in every aspect.We have decided to never return to giga mall cinema ever for any movie.But I wanted to lodge my complaint in the hope you take this complaint seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other customers do not have to endure the same disappointing experience.

📍 Finding the Place: There’s a sign outside the building indicating the cinema, but once inside the mall, there’s no clear branding. If you miss the sign outside, you might not realize there’s a cinema in the mall.♿️ Wheelchair Accessibility: The cinema is wheelchair accessible.🅿️ Parking: Parking is available both inside the mall and outside.🍿Food: They offer the standard Cinepax food options. However, the large popcorn was disappointing as the bucket was smaller than expected.📽️Cinema Experience: The cinema was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the sound system was problematic; only the front speakers were working for most trailers and parts of the movie, with the side speakers not being used.

1) The screen quality is awful (especially at the world trade center cinema Islamabad), the brightness is too low and the quality is so blurry, it looks like you're watching a cam recorded version. jinnah park screens are still relatively better.(2) the staff keeps finding loop holes around the discounts and deals cinepax offers (particularly again at the world trade branch). I once went 10 days to 2 weeks after Eid. And it was supposed to be bargain Tuesday. But they said that 'oh we don't offer discounts during official holidays'. Since when did official Eid holidays last a fortnite 🙃 and I checked the shows for the same movie. Same day. Same time at jinnah park and they had the tickets at the discounted prices.And it has happened to me thrice now (whether it's bargain Tuesday or first show discount offers that's available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) Jinnah park always has the discounts but giga mall doesn't. They always have some excuse.(3) the female staff is rude, (4) their hot shots have me food poisoning.Overall Highly dissappointed. An awful all rounder service.

I went to watch the new Superman and paid in advance online. The online booking system is seamless, this is one thing I have noticed across most cinemas in Pakistan. I saw it screened on Screen 2.However, despite getting platinum tickets, the screen resolution was kinda pathetic. Like, I've seen cam-prints that were better than that resolution, which is weird considering the big screen.So it's not a very good watching experience.As for comfort and ambience, everything else it top-tier.

Extremely poor picture quality watching the show of Superman (2D). The attached image in this review shows the issues.Subtitles during foreign dialogues were cutoff.You could clearly see that the entire frame was not fitting in.The recliner was broken on one of the seats.

Old projector, low quality.Sound level for speech was low . No lighting on stairs.

Very disappointed by Cinepax WTC. We called and confirmed a day prior about the time displayed on their website for the movie Heretic and they confirmed the show will be at 2:30 on Thursday. We hurriedly reached after our work to catch the movie but they said there is no movie show of Heretic and the only one is at 10 PM!Then they also said we can't even play a movie if only 2 people show up! Like what would you do? Charge us first and then cancel our tickets if no one else shows up?Apart from all the hassle we went through because of their sudden change of mind, their customer service was extremely poor. The guy at the reception was not even willing to help or guide us properly.Cinepax management should really look into this loophole and fix it, as we drove from a distance and tried to reach on time just to be sent away! Not going back there any time soon. 😠

Always had a great experience there, staff is courteous. Crowd is decent as well. Place is neat and tidy!

Cineplex Cinema offers a commendable movie-watching experience with its good screen and sound quality. The halls, though cozy, might feel a bit small during peak hours. Additionally, the food items are slightly expensive. However, overall, it provides an enjoyable time at the movies with a diverse selection of films and a positive ambiance, ensuring you have a great cinematic adventure.

The cinema itself was fine, but the advertisement volume was excessively loud, to the point of being painful. It significantly detracted from the experience and actually hurt my ears. This needs to be addressed immediately for audience comfort

Went to watch Superman here and the entire experience was disappointing due to poor management.Firstly, the movie was completely misaligned on the screen, it was zoomed in so much that the top, right, and bottom portions were cut off. In many scenes, characters' faces were partially missing, and the translated subtitles were unreadable. When we raised the concern, the staff casually said, “It’s a print issue, not our screen issue.” That kind of response is unacceptable from a cinema.Secondly, they allowed children clearly under the age of 10 to watch a PG-13 movie. These kids were constantly making noise and disturbing the audience. When we complained, the staff responded, “Sir, it’s a Superman movie, even kids want to watch it.” That’s not a valid excuse, the movie had adult language and intimate scenes, which are inappropriate for that age group.Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this cinema. Poor screen quality, subpar sound system, and complete disregard for age-appropriate viewing make for a terrible movie-going experience.Rating: 1/5 (would give negative if possible).

Really bad experience at the Cinepax Giga Mall, there were cockroaches on the seats. The recliners barely work. We tried calling the staff to address the issue but they didn’t bother doing anything about it.

We went to watch a film choosing cinepax over jfc’s cinema which was more closer to us expecting to have a fun time, but was I wrong. As a special person with being hearing-impaired the only thing I rely on while watching any movie are subtitles which they didn't have. Even though the film was in English but they could have ran the subtitles in the same language, but they didn't. So wasted my money and time since I didnt understand a single bit of the film which I went to do.Plus in all of Pakistan, in the entertainment sector wheater it is bowling or watching a film, they either give the ticket to a special person for free or the least they do is give a discount but there management did absolutely nothing for in this regards, pathetic experience

Hi, I am very unhappy with Cineplex cinemas. They don’t provide subtitles with movies, which makes it difficult for people with hearing disabilities. How can someone like me watch and understand a movie without subtitles? All movies should have English subtitles so everyone can enjoy them. Please don’t waste your money if you are a special person with hearing needs. I will not go to Cineplex cinemas again.

DO NOT waste your money at this cinema! Watched Wicked 2D here, and the screen was a joke - it was a lousy projector screen with the lowest brightness and horrible, blurry quality. I asked the manager to turn up the brightness or something to fix the issue, but they said that they can’t do anything about it.The brightness was already so low during the daylight scenes of the movie that we were having to squint to see properly. So you can imagine that during the darker night scenes of the movie, the screen was like a blob of nothingness, it was impossible to see properly.The only saving grace was that the movie was amazing, but this still largely tainted our experience. If I wanted to see a low quality, poor print movie, I could’ve seen a pirated version of it on my phone at home. The screens at this so-called cinema are such a shame, it’s appalling that you’d put projector screens up and call it a ‘cinema’ with no proper screen set-up and high-quality prints. RIDICULOUS!!

Came to giga to watch chal mera putt movie 12:30 slot but upon reaching the counter they said wait 10 min for confirmation if they are going to show the movie or not.After 10-15 they said as there are only two we are unable to run the movie .Pathetic
